Eunide Alexandre, Managing Director

As a managing director, Eunide is responsible for the company's day-to-day operations, including all human resources policies, projects, and services for the organization. Her areas of responsibility include employee relations, organization development, training, and compliance with all applicable laws. She works together with the team to monitor project performance, ensuring that client satisfaction, schedule, safety, and quality goals are achieved.

A natural entrepreneur, Eunide began her first company at the age of 17. She has helped, launched, and sold a few successful small businesses. She has over 15 years of experience in administration, management, and human resources with deep industry knowledge in construction, housing, information technology, and healthcare. Previously, Eunide was a managing owner in her own small business at Helping Hands Services and brings her experience as a business owner to project management dynamics. In her earlier career, she oversaw a wide range of projects through Social Security Administration, Housing Urban Development, and various other organizations in New York City. She holds a bachelors degree in psychology from Queens College, a Masters of Education with honors from Arizona State University and a professional organizational behavior and management designation. She is a member of the New Jersey Business Industry Association⁴, Builders League of South Jersey, NJ⁵, and the Minority Contractor Association⁶.
